On January 10, 2023, Mukusheva S.B., Head of the Department of Preschool and Psychological and Pedagogical Training, spoke on the rules and conditions for certification of heads and deputy directors of extracurricular organizations, approved by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 30, 2022. The introductory conversation took place at the Children's Music School No. 1 within the framework of the city seminar "Methodological support for teachers of additional education", organized by the City Department of Education of Karaganda. The seminar participants actively participated in the discussion of the main provisions of the certification rules, expressed their opinion on the performance indicators of the head and his deputies, accepted the importance of filling out the digital profile of the certified. At the end, the moderator of the seminar, Kitanova A.S., a methodologist of the city Department of Education, expressed a general opinion on the need for such meetings of representatives of the Department of Education, extracurricular organizations and the university.
