III International Online Olympiad by the specialty “Tourism”

On February 13-14, 2022 Ye.A. Buketov Karaganda University, Marketing Department and Institute for Digital Economy Research invite to take part in the 3^th International Online Scientific Olympiad by the specialty “Tourism”.

The competition will be held within the following scientific areas:

“IoT in tourism”;
“Features of meteorological monitoring in tourism of Kazakhstan”;
“Domestic automobile tourism, staycation - tendencies in the post-quarantine period”;
“Film production as a tool for promotion of tourist destinations”;
“The importance of content marketing in tourism”;
“Telepresence in travel - the reality of today”;
“Possibilities of chat bots in the development of tourism in Kazakhstan”;
“Digital technologies in the development of urban tourism”;
“Tools for implementation and promotion of thematic author's tour”;
“Prospects of eco-transportation in sightseeing tours in Kazakhstan”;
“Wellcation is a trend of the post-conservation period”;
“Possibilities of Google Maps Live View with augmented reality in tourism development”;
“Photo projects of tourist objects of Kazakhstan in the top lists of international competitions”;
“The role of ecosystems of banks in tourism development”.

By February 11, teams wishing to participate in the international online olympiad should send an application form (Annex 1 of the Regulations) to the e-mail address of the organizing committee: international_tourolimpiada@mail.ru. No more than 2 teams from one educational institution can apply.

Round I “Photo project”: the team presents 5-7 photos of tourist attractions of their city/region which could “circling the globe”, to conquer the unusualness. The photo project must be sent up to 00:00 hours on time in Nur-Sultan City until February 13, 2022 to the e-mail address of the organizing committee: international_tourolimpiada@mail.ru.

Round II “Video: video should be made according to the directions of the Olympiad, the video recording should be sent before 00:00 hours on time in Nur-Sultan City until February 14, 2022 to the e-mail address of the organizing committee: international_tourolimpiada@mail.ru.

The basic requirements for research papers are presented in the Regulations of the International Online Scientific Olympiad.
