6B04101-Management: Bachelor's degree. The program is innovative, related to the study of classical management and production management. A special feature of the program is the opportunity to get a double-degree education with European universities, to pass an internship or internship in large companies in the country.
During the training, students study such relevant disciplines as: Management, Time Management, Leadership Psychology, Brand Management, Personnel Management, Management Theory and Practice, Entrepreneurial Management, Management Consulting, Strategic Management, Management Decision Development, Creative Management, Innovation Management, Administrative Management, Project Management, Quality Management and many others.
In the course of training, the student will learn: to analyze the market and its structure, game theory, management tools and technologies, project activities, quality control tools, reporting activities and business plan development, will be able to develop their skills in planning and managing the organization's activities, collecting and analyzing information, evaluating projects and drawing up effective corporate strategies, as well as learn how to work with personnel: stimulating the work of personnel, organizing the activities of performers and organizing the policy of personnel motivation.
Graduates receive a bachelor's degree in economics and business and can work as managers in the real sector of the economy, the financial and banking system, in business and entrepreneurship, perform professional functions in planning the main directions of production and management development, forming the structure of production and management.

6В04102-State and Local Government: Bachelor's degree. The program is related to the study of the peculiarities of state and local government. A special feature of the program is the opportunity to get a double-degree education with European universities, study in multilingual groups, as well as take professional courses at the School of Civil Servants.
During the training, students study such relevant disciplines as: Management, State regulation of the economy, Socio-economic planning, Management in the public sector, Theory of Public Administration, Municipal Management, Crisis Management and many others.
In the course of training, the student will learn: to conduct analytical research in management, to predict the socio-economic situation in the field; to organize "feedback" with the population of a particular region, to implement and evaluate the socio-economic effectiveness of state, sectoral and territorial programs, to apply management technologies based on the results in the activities of authorities.
Graduates receive a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business and can work as specialists in the Office and Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, various structural divisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in economic and financial management bodies, local government bodies,national, state and private companies, corporations.

7М04107201-Management: Master's degree. The program is associated with an in-depth study of management activities, theoretical and practical problems of management. A special feature of the program is the opportunity to get a double-degree education with European universities, to pass an internship or internship at major universities and companies in the country; some of the disciplines are studied in English.
During the training, undergraduates study such relevant disciplines as: Innovation in the management system, Personal Management, Strategic Management, Mathematical methods and models, etc.
In the course of training, the master's student will learn: to conduct scientific research of modern theoretical and practical problems of management, economics and business, to apply economic-mathematical and managerial methods for the analysis of industry, regional and international markets; to make managerial decisions on the analysis of the market situation, project planning, selection and evaluation of decisions on individual elements of the management complex; to form the company's strategy, priorities of its product policy, including elements of brand management; apply modern pedagogical technologies when conducting classes in economic disciplines; find solutions to theoretical problems within the framework of adapting the world experience of innovative management technologies to the conditions of the domestic market.

The program is associated with an in-depth study of topical issues in the field of state and local government, key problems of the regional economy, and innovative activities of the state. A special feature of the program is the opportunity to get a double-degree education with European universities, to pass an internship or internship in major universities and national companies of the country; some of the disciplines are studied in English.
During the training, undergraduates study such relevant disciplines as: Innovation in the management system, Information Technology in management, Public Strategic Management, and others.
In the course of training, the master's student will learn: to conduct scientific research of modern theoretical and practical problems of industry management; to organize and manage the processes of formation and implementation of public services; to apply methods of operational, tactical and strategic forecasting, design and planning of management activities at the regional, national and international levels; to conduct a systematic analysis of the management services market and predict its development for effective functioning; apply economic and mathematical methods for the analysis of management at the regional and state level; apply modern pedagogical technologies when conducting classes in economic and interdisciplinary disciplines.
