Foreign Languages Department provides English, German, French, Chinese teaching for students who study in non-language bachelor's programs. Training is carried out according to the level model.

Students trained by teachers of the Department honorably represent the university at foreign languages Olympiads of various ranks.

Department actively promotes the importance of language training by organizing university-wide events: Foreign Languages Week, subject Olympiads in foreign languages, creative competitions.

Research interests of the Department are related to the current problems of language education, scientific and methodological support of foreign language training in the system of continuing and professional education.
